I love Kate Spade for her use of bold, bright colors. Her prints and patterns just make me smile. True to her classic style, Ms. Spade’s new colorblock designs, including these fabulous sheath dresses, are playful, chic, and classy. With bold colors, chunky stripes, and cinched-in tailoring, these dresses will turn heads at work! Add a pair of Ms. Spade’s colorblock heels or a printed satchel to complete the look. Have a wonderful Wednesday!

Back from an amazing Memorial Day weekend in Mexico to celebrate our friends’ wedding, it is time to head back to work. As wonderful as it is to have time off from work, it is always difficult to go back to the real world. Putting this post together made me a little more excited. After all, with no work, there is no workday fashion!
I am loving neons and neutrals right now. Neon is a top trend for spring, but it can be a little intimidating for the workplace. Adding neutrals will make the neon piece stand out, while toning down the overall look to make it workplace appropriate. I have to admit, I would have to work up some courage to rock the neon pink studded Alexander McQueen pumps to work. But, you can start small with a neon belt, bangle, or clutch to add some pop to your ensemble. Surrounded by beautiful neutrals, you can feel confident strutting your neon to work! Hope you have a wonderful back-to-work Tuesday!

Happy Memorial Day weekend! In addition to taking the day to remember the men and women who have served in our armed forces, Memorial Day means a three-day weekend to spend with family and friends! It’s also time to pull out your patriotic pieces and show your red, white, and blue. Whether you are playing poolside, keeping it casual, or going out of the town this weekend, here are some festive favorites! Happy long weekend! ♥ L
In 1947, Rose Repetto created her first pair of ballet slippers. Since then, her signature ballet flats have been become one of the premiere pair of ballet flats in the fashion world. These iconic ballet flats, with their signature Parisian charm and classic ballet style, are true classics. An irresistible must-have for work, you will be the ultimate sophisticate in these beauties. I often dream of moving to Paris. Well, a pair of Repetto’s should satisfy me for now!

I love wearing bright colors and incorporating them into my work wardrobe in a way that is fun, but still professional. Tangerine is one of my new favorites. This citrusy hue is perfectly on trend for spring/summer and has been popping up in designer fashions. Vibrant, bright, and bold, tangerine is a statement color. To keep your look professional, pair tangerine with neutrals. Or, to be a bit daring, try tangerine with another spring bright. Maybe you are not ready to make an investment (hello Reed Krakoff bag), but this color is certainly worthy of a new summer blouse or accessory (adorable T. Baker IPad case). However you choose to wear it, be prepared to turn heads in this fabulous color!
