This is probably one of my favorite Professionista On A Budget features. With so many great pieces on sale, and so many new arrivals for spring, there are great budget-friendly picks to choose from. I am a winter baby, but I cannot help looking forward to spring fashion full of fresh florals and bright colors. I love each of these pieces – they all have a little flair for the office.
It’s back to work for a full week. Hope you have a great week getting back into the swing of things!

I love shopping, and occasionally splurging on a to-die-for designer piece, but I mostly love finding good deals that leave me with no regrets. With a keen fashion eye and a little creativity, you can look like a runway model for a fraction of the cost. That’s why I love sharing Professionista on a Budget with you all (which I will be featuring at the beginning of each month from here on out). Recently, I got several great pieces for work from Ann Taylor Loft at 40% off (one favorite here), and I was just over the moon. Fabulous style at ridiculously good prices? You can’t beat that. Here are a few of my favorites for work right now – all for under $100. Can we please talk about the Topshop peplum skirt, the printed Zara pants, and the insanely gorgeous Zara military jacket? Hard to believe you can find such fiercely stylish pieces at such great prices. Enjoy!

Being a professionista is all about balance – style with sophistication, chic with classy, and edge with elegance. It also means achieving balance for your budget. I, for one, am a deal shopper. I love a good sale! Of course, I would like to don designer duds everyday, but that is just not the reality for most of us. The balance often comes in pairing higher-end designer pieces with more affordable pieces. Be picky about quality and cut when it comes to your staple pieces – suits, classic pumps, handbags – and more daring with the trendier, of-the-moment pieces – printed skirts, cropped pants, bold blouses. To be a professionista on a budget, the secret is to choose well-made, tailored pieces that look more expensive than they actually are. Here are a few of my favorites all under $100!
This is the first post of what I will make a regular series. Hope you enjoy!
